Speaking & Collaborative Sessions
Informing Policy. Inspiring Change. Grounded in Reality
Service Description
Speaking & Collaboration with Zsarina Lovett Zsarina Lovett is the creator of the AIN Framework™ and an Independent Systems Advocate working at the intersection of lived reality, systems design, and accountability. Her work examines how harm is understood, how responsibility is distributed, and what happens when individuals are required to navigate complex systems that were not designed with real life in mind. Zsarina speaks to professionals, community leaders, and decision-makers across Aotearoa, offering grounded, systems-literate insight into the practical consequences of policy, process, and institutional decision-making. Her work draws on direct experience navigating areas including family violence responses, ACC, disability support, welfare, and long-term caregiving structures. Her speaking moves beyond inspiration into clarity — clearly naming: where systems create constraint where responsibility is shifted onto individuals and where structural change becomes possible when those gaps are acknowledged From community forums to professional and policy-adjacent settings, Zsarina brings a perspective that is calm, direct, and rooted in lived reality rather than abstract theory. Speaking topics may include: Understanding cycles of harm through a systems lens Responsibility, accountability, and institutional design Lived-experience-informed leadership without pathologising individuals ACC, caregiving, and the hidden costs of system navigation Decision-making after crisis: stability, agency, and forward rebuilding Bicultural context, responsibility, and care within Aotearoa All engagements are tailored to the audience and context, with a focus on strengthening understanding, challenging assumptions, and supporting more informed decision-making. Whether the goal is to shift perspective, inform policy thinking, or introduce grounded systems analysis into the room, Zsarina offers a clear, credible contribution shaped by experience, structure, and accountability. Based in Taranaki | Available across Aotearoa and online Speaking and collaboration fees vary depending on format, audience, preparation required, and duration.
