Speaking & Collaboration with Zsarina Lovett Zsarina Lovett is the creator of the AIN Framework™ and an Independent Systems Advocate working at the intersection of lived reality, systems design, and accountability. Her work examines how harm is understood, how responsibility is distributed, and what happens when individuals are required to navigate complex systems that were not designed with real life in mind. Zsarina speaks to professionals, community leaders, and decision-makers across Aotearoa, offering grounded, systems-literate insight into the practical consequences of policy, process, and institutional decision-making. Her work draws on direct experience navigating areas including family violence responses, ACC, disability support, welfare, and long-term caregiving structures.
