If needed, we’ll have a quick 15-minute call to make sure I’ve got the key points. Step 2: I do the review – I’ll go through everything carefully, spot what’s missing, and identify your rights and options under ACC. Step 3: You get clear guidance – Within the agreed timeframe, you’ll receive a written summary and recommendations, so you know exactly where you stand and what steps to take next. This is not about jargon or endless back-and-forth. It’s a one-off, practical review that gives you: A clearer understanding of your case. Straightforward advice on possible next steps.
