Supporting Caregivers: Advocacy, Healing, and Guidance at Zsarina

Updated: Jun 28

Supporting caregivers through trauma, domestic violence, and complex systems isn’t straightforward — and it rarely comes with a guidebook. At Zsarina, I bring a personal and practical approach to helping women and caregivers feel less overwhelmed and more supported.

Using my AIN Framework (Awareness, Intervention, New Beginnings), I offer tools that not only focus on healing from trauma but also help make sense of confusing systems like ACC, legal processes, and health services. It’s a holistic approach shaped by lived experience — not just theory.

What makes this work different is that it’s survivor-informed, caregiver-led, and grounded in what actually helps. I know what it’s like to sit through endless meetings, re-explain your story, and still feel like no one’s listening. That’s why system navigation is one of the core services I offer — helping you understand your rights, access the right support, and make a plan that works for your situation.

Alongside advocacy, I offer 1:1 sessions that give you space to unpack what’s going on, explore your options, and start rebuilding with support. The focus is always on what you need — not what a system thinks you should do.

Whether it’s a claim that’s gone off track, a caregiver role that’s wearing you thin, or trauma that’s catching up — you don’t have to figure it out alone. Through compassionate guidance, practical tools, and community, Zsarina is here to walk with you as you reclaim your voice and move forward with confidence.
